Cool idea!! As long I can remember I had a pretty minimalist desktop. Only the current stuff like my balcony blender file, or the PC 2024 (should really build myself a new one) is on here. Oh and the wallpaper is one I took 2015ish in denmark and its the perfect blend of dark, warm colors that fits to every mood.

Hey, It's me, Mr. Boring



I just got a new laptop a couple of weeks ago and have been slowly moving all my necessary stuff from my desktop to it. So far, I've been trying to keep things minimal. On my desktop at least my background was like a Windows 95 / Waypoint-esque teal green rather than dark grey. Usually I'm a light-mode guy on windows but felt it wasn't clicking on the laptop so I'm going dark.

The most interesting thing here is just my little circle replacement for the windows Start button. It fills on hover/click.

The actual exciting stuff with the new laptop is happening on the outside, where I've been able to put some of my pile-up of stickers to good use finally.



gotta get more stickers!

Damn dude, we got a Trinitron, soundcubes, intellimouse, a brushed metal tower, those click clacky desk ball things, and maybe the coolest desktop wallpaper i've ever beheld? is that a rainmeter skin, or . . . ?

I see where I used rainmeter in other screenshots but I think this would've been the msstyle route, probably downloaded from deviantart's customization section

edit: just logged into deviantart and good lord. That place. Is fucked. But did track down a collective I checked in with at that time, 4impressions
