Happy birthday Playstation 2

A general well-wish and tip of my morning coffee to the venerable Playstation 2, turning a wizened 25 today (in North America, at least). Nothing to add particularly, just fondly remembering h@rdc0re xtreme sports, questionable movie tie-ins, cel-shaded grafix, the best Tekken, Kojima-core and so much more. Maybe we'll play one of its myriad launch titles later on or just a couple rounds of Jet X2O before getting bored. What a way to start a once-shiny-and-new plastic millennium++

xmas 2004 was one of the best gifts i got with an unlocked PS2 and a good stack of games including F1 04, armored core silent line, unlimited saga, mission impossible operation surma, among others
